What to Expect

Booking Your Party
Reserve your Sleepy Teepee celebration through our easy online booking portal. Simply choose your package, pick your date and time, and fill out our quick inquiry form with the details we need—name, phone number, address, number of teepees, and more. A refundable $109 deposit secures your spot on our calendar. We understand life happens, so if you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability. Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and we’ll officially add you to our schedule. The week of your party, we’ll reach out to confirm all the final details.

The Week of Your Party
We’ll be in touch to reconfirm your date and time, plus send your final invoice. If you’d like to adjust the number of teepees, please let us know at least 7 days before your event. Don’t forget to remind guests to bring their own pillows for sleeping comfort!

Party Day
Most teepee deliveries happen bright and early—usually around 8 a.m. Please have the setup space cleared of furniture or other items before we arrive. Our team will handle everything from there! Setup typically takes 1–2 hours, depending on your package.

The Day After
We’ll return the next day to carefully pack up and remove all teepees and décor. If anything was damaged during the event, please let us know when we arrive. Once we’re done, your home will be back to normal—just with a few magical memories left behind!
